Prefer to pay your rent the old fashion way and get a paper receipt? Understandable. At J and D Property management we work with Bank of America to provide tenants many different addresses were they can pay thier rent. Pay on your way home from work, between chores, or simply walk down the street to the nearest location. Here you'll find a list of Bank of America's including thier phone numbers and business hours so you can easily find the most convienent location for you. You can pay your rent at any Bank of America location of your choice.

Need to submit a 30 day notice, thinking about getting a dog, or are you having someone move in with you? Well there's no need to type out the paperwork yourself we already took care of it for you. Go through our list of tenant forms, print out the one you need, and fill it out. We provide templates for common forms tenants may need to submit. Plus a few extra goodies like articles on how to save on utility bills.
